As a member of the Canadian Freestyle Mogul Team, Sam has consistently ranked among the top skiers in the country and has competed at the highest levels of the sport. Sam is also an athlete for Faction Skis, and is working with them to create the perfect mogul ski.

Sam has a talent for breaking down the technical aspects of mogul skiing and explaining them in a way that is easy to understand. He has a deep understanding of how to translate the physical sensations of skiing into words, and is able to provide valuable insight on topics such as turning, jumping, and mindset. Sam is a skilled mentor and loves sharing his knowledge and experience with young skiers.

In the 2022/2023 season, Sam plans to continue competing on the World Cup and NorAm tour, representing Canada on the international stage.
